GED Classes GED classes provide an individualized lesson plan with a goal of passing the GED exam. The classes and material are free to income qualifying individuals. College Scholarship The Robert Schwalenberg Memorial Scholarship Fund provides tuition, fees and books for one full year to attend Harford Community College or a similar institution. Applications are due March 15 for Fall matriculation. Soup Kitchen Every third Friday of the month, a meal is served at the Highland Senior Center to anyone wishing to attend. Energy Fair This annual Fall event provides information and assistance on energy programs and weatherization. HealthConnect Van A mobile health care program for those with no health insurance. Ready2Learn Mason-Dixon sponsors this year-round school supply "store" where teachers can shop for school supplies for their low-income students.
