Energy Assistance Program Mason-Dixon Community Services offers a variety of programs and services to assist income-qualifying residents with their home heating costs. Maryland residents can apply for the Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP) and the Electrical Utility Services Program (EUSP) at our annual Energy Fair held every October. Pennsylvania residents can apply for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) by scheduling an appointment at our Delta location beginning in early November and continuing through March. In addition, both offices can assist clients with their utility bills through utility services provider programs. Please contact the appropriate Mason-Dixon office to learn more about these company-sponsored, money-saving energy programs. Finally, Mason-Dixon Community Services assists clients facing emergency energy situations with our Mason-Dixon Fuel Fund. This fund is available on a first-come, first-served basis to income-qualifying households completely out of fuel or who are facing utility cut-off.
