Maryland Office

Our Maryland office is located in the Highland Commons Building at 708 Highland Road in Street, Maryland. The office is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or by appointment - 410.452.9025.



Pennsylvania Office

Our Pennsylvania Office is located in the Peach Bottom Community Building at 5 Pendyrus Street, Delta, Pennsylvania. The office is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - 717.456.5559.


Mason-Dixon Community Services is a non-profit human services agency whose mission is to provide high quality human services to low-income residents of Harford and York counties. Our agency offers emergency services (food, utility and eviction prevention) as well as services designed to assist individuals and families in crisis.

Eligibility Requirements
Interested applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements and must provide supporting documentation. Applicants must:

  • be a resident of Harford County, MD or York County, PA

  • meet income eligibility guidelines as established by HUD

Documentation
No applicant is ever turned away on their first visit for failing to provide required documentation. However, to continue to receive services, clients must provide:

  • social security cards for all members of the household

  • Proof of income (GROSS) for all household members for the last 30 days (pay stubs, self-employment income, social security statements, AFDC, pension and annuity income, unemployment income, workers compensation, alimony, child support, armed forces support payments, veteran's/railroad retirement payments, etc.)

  • ID cards for all adults

  • Proof of residency (lease, mortgage, or utility bill)

If you are interested in becoming a Mason-Dixon client, please call for an appointment at the appropriate office. Harford County residents must access the Maryland office and York county residents must access the Pennsylvania office.
